About the Forum

Track 1: The Smart Supply Chain Transformation in Retail & E-commerce

With rising consumer expectations for real-time delivery, omnichannel shopping, and personalized services, the retail and logistics supply chains are undergoing an unprecedented smart revolution. One key trend in this transformation is Store-Warehouse Blurring, where the boundaries between traditional retail stores and warehouses are disappearing, bringing both challenges and opportunities.
How can Taiwan leverage blockchain, AI, and the Internet of Things (IoT) while integrating the Physical Internet (PI) model to maximize logistics resource-sharing? How can we establish a greener, more sustainable, standardized, and smarter logistics network? Furthermore, Taiwan has a strong advantage in humanoid robotics and AI applications within the logistics supply chain. Over the next decade, we aim to increase the smart automation rate of warehouses and stores from 5% to 95%.
